FK DistributionQ2 2020 results

• Revenue down by 8%. Volumes 15% lower – reinforced by COVID-19

• Transition to one weekly distribution round has big positive effect on EBIT

• Increase of EBIT higher in Q1 than Q2 due to timing differences

• Decision by competition authorities appealed for principal reasons, limited commercial impact.
