2019 COMPENSATION PLAN & INCENTIVES OVERVIEW

Retail BonusEarn 25% retail profit by purchasingproducts at wholesale price and sellingat the suggested retail price, or throughyour personal website. You can also earn 5%retail profit from preferred customers.

Sponsor BonusAs an active IBO, you are eligible to earn 10% Personal Volume (PV)12 on all orders placed by your new, personally-sponsored IBOs in their first 90 days.

Team BonusTen percent of the total PV of IBOs and Members in your lesser team. Applied at the ranks of Bronze and above.

Each week 3% of Total Company Volume is placed in a Global Pool to be shared among the six highest PURE Leadership Ranks, from Diamond through Crown Diamond.

11 Autoship is an optional program available to IBOs and Customers that is offered for convenience, allowing IBOs and their customers to select products they sell or consume most frequently to be shipped to them automatically every twenty-eight (28) days.

12 PV (Product Volume) is the amount of volume assigned to each product.

13 Lifestyle Bonus is not paid in any month that a Leadership Bonus is received for two or more weeks.

Bonus paid to the qualified IBO for personallysponsoring IBOs or customers who purchasequalifying product packs. The first active,qualified IBO in the upline Sponsor TreeOrganization will earn the PURE EnrollmentBonus during the sponsoring IBO’squalification period.
