Last year’s senior class won 155 games.- Liberty has improved its RPI every week this season (100-82-62-56-48).- After giving up a combined 13 runs in back-to-back games to Lipscomb and Duke (March 24-27), Liberty pitching has posted a 0.68 ERA in its last 12 games, going 10-2 during that span.- Liberty trailed Stetson 3-2 entering the seventh inning on April 6, before Kayla Harris hit a solo shot to tie it. Amber Bishop later hit a two-run walk-off homer. It was Liberty’s first game-winning walk-off homer since Grace Nordan’s two-run homer gave Liberty a 9-8, eight-inning victory over Fairfield on Feb. 22, 2013 in Greenville, N.C.- On April 3, Liberty held the nation’s seventh-ranked scoring offense to one unearned run on two hits in a 1-0 loss at No. 14 James Madison. - Liberty trailed Duke 5-1 entering the seventh inning on March 27 and came back to win, 10-6, in nine innings. Prior to that, the last time Liberty had overcame a four-run seventh-inning deficit in a win was April 21, 2015, when Liberty trailed 4-0 in the seventh and came back to beat Hampton 5-4 in nine innings.- Liberty (Autumn Bishop - 47; Sarah Robertson - 46; Amber Bishop - 43) and Oklahoma (Sydney Romero - 52; Caleigh Clifton - 42; Fale Aviu - 41) are the only two teams in NCAA Division I softball with three active players with 40+ doubles. All three Liberty players are closing in on the program record of 52 career doubles, set by Ashley Williams (2005-08).- The Lady Flames held the high-powered No. 5 Tennessee Lady Vols to one run on five hits in a 1-0 loss in front of a Liberty Softball Stadium record 1,202 fans on March 19. Julia DiMartino fanned a season-high 12 batters, and Amber Bishop went 2-for-3 with a double.- Amber Bishop joined Sarah Robertson in the 200-hit club at Kennesaw State. This is the first time in program history that two active Lady Flames have had 200 or more career hits. - Liberty posted program record streaks of nine consecutive shutout games (Feb. 21-March 8) and 60 straight shutout innings (Feb. 21-March 8), scoring 75 unanswered runs during that span.- On Feb. 28 against Quinnipiac, Julia DiMartino (4 IP), Elizabeth Engler (1 IP), Chase Cassady (1 IP) and Emily Kirby (1 IP) pitched the second combined no-hitter in program history.- Liberty defeated No. 19 Texas A&M 4-2 on Feb. 15.
