The President of the organization shall:

Candidate for the Office of President:Nick Nelson Petro-Hunt, LLC

Nick Nelson began his oil and gas career ten years ago at Petro-Hunt, LLC where he is currently the GIS Manager. Nick works hand inhand with Land, Land Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Geology, and Accounting, overseeing the computerized mapping of alltypes of leases and property ownership. Nick is especially adept at developing reports for management on lease expirations,ownership percentages, defining well locations and unit designations among a long list of specialized projects. While Nick works as theGIS Manager he is heavily involved with all aspects of the Land Administration Department and other departments, providingmanagement with a clear view of all assets.

Nick Nelson immediately joined DFW-ALTA and NALTA because he realized what an integral part of his job understanding oil and gasleases would be. Interested in being involved, he immediately pitched in to help as a Conference Committee Member for NALTA andhas attended most NALTA Conferences, DFW-ALTA meetings and Seminars since his arrival.

In 2008 Nick served as Webmaster for DFW-ALTA and was named Member of the Year. Nick was elected 2nd Vice President in 2009going on to become President in 2011. In 2012 and 2013 Nick was Past President-NALTA Liaison for DFW-ALTA.

Nick is currently serving as NALTA’s 1st Vice-President & Conference Coordinator. In 2015 Nick served as NALTA’s WebsiteTechnology Director and has been on the committee for the last five years. Nick’s dedication to NALTA was exemplified by sitting on theNALTA 30th Anniversary Committee, Exhibitor Committee, Signs Committee, and serving as the Audio Visual Chair for the conference.Nick continues to be active in many committees for NALTA. Nick has served on the NALTA Site Selection Committee, where he hasevaluated and negotiated hotel choices and contracts for the 2014, 2015, and 2016 NALTA Conferences. Acknowledging hisappreciation for Lease and Title education, Nick has previously served on the NALTA Scholarship Committee. He is an example of anAnalyst who values the educational opportunities of DFW-ALTA and NALTA, respects the heritage of the organizations andunderstands where technology is leading the oil and gas industry and the impact it will have on the Lease and Title Analyst.

Nick served in the United States Air Force in the United Kingdom and Kuwait and has received a number of awards from the Air Forceand the Royal Air Force for leadership and performance. Nick is an active member of his neighborhoods HOA and is currently servingas president. In his free time, Nick enjoys dog training and is very proud of his two dogs, Mr. Titan and Tirza Marie all of whom are sowell trained they are used in commercial photograph shoots, are certified for therapy and have received their Canine Good Citizen’sAward. Nick is a Certifier of Canine Good Citizenship for the AKC.

Candidate (1) for the Office of 1st Vice President:Kayla Hale, CPLTACOG Operating, LLC

Kayla Hale, CPLTA, has been working in the Oil and Gas Industry for the past 11 years. She began her career in 2006 with ShawInterests, Inc. as a Lease Analyst/Land Technician. In 2008 Kayla was hired by Concho Resources as a Land Assistant, where sheworked in that capacity until 2010 when she moved to the Land Administration Department as a Lease Analyst. In 2016, Kayla waspromoted to the Texas Lead Lease Analyst where she helps to mentor the Lease Analysts working Texas Assets. Kayla says that oneof her greatest accomplishments is receiving her CPLTA Certification in 2014.

Kayla enjoys staying involved and taking on new challenges. She has spent much of her time over the years volunteering her time anddedication to her local chapter; PALTA where she has been a member since 2009. Kayla served on the PALTA Board as Secretary in2013 and 2014, as the 2015-2016 NALTA Liaison and is currently serving as the 2016-2017 NALTA Liaison. Kayla had the great honorof receiving the 2014 and 2016 PALTA Member of the Year Award. She has helped with several committees over the years andrecently helped make the 2017 PALTA Seminar the best PALTA seminar yet.

While serving as the NALTA Liaison for PALTA, Kayla has learned the various aspects of the NALTA Board and has fully enjoyedvolunteering with and getting to know the other members of the board. She has served on the 2016 NALTA Conference BrochureCommittee as well as the Photography Committee and is currently serving as the 2017 NALTA Conference Photography Chair. Kaylais also helping the Website Technology Committee by taking on the responsibility for maintaining NALTA’s social media presence bypromoting our association through those platforms.

Most of all, Kayla enjoys her life with her beautiful children who are 6 and 7 and is so incredibly proud of her husband who is anEMT/Firefighter.

Ashley Mosby is currently serving in her first year as NALTA Liaison for the Southwest Association of Lease and Title Analysts, andserved previously as the 2nd Vice President in 2016 for SALTA. In addition to her NALTA board position in 2017, she currently servesas an Assistant Editor for the NALTA magazine, and assisting the current 1st Vice President with conference related tasks.

Ashley Mosby is currently a Sr. Land Records Analyst at Red Willow Production Company in Ignacio, Colorado. She has twelve yearsof project management, in-the-field experience, business development, and lease & title analysis relating to the oil & gas industry.Ashley earned her CPLTA designation through NALTA in 2016. She is passionate about educating Lease & Title Analysts throughexposure to specific job required education, in addition to industry exposure as a whole. She feels she can contribute greatly throughher motivation, knowledge, creativeness, organizational skills, and personable attitude to the 1st Vice President position for 2018.

Ashley currently lives in Bayfield, Colorado with her three children. She dedicates her free time as a Team Manager to her daughter’ssoccer team. She also enjoys being a part of the local Jeep club, hiking, camping, and skiing.

Tonya Fraley currently serves on the NALTA Board as the 2nd Vice President/Editor of the NALTA News Magazine, the CPLTACertification Committee, the NALTA Conference Brochure Committee and the Webinar Co-Chair for the Tulsa Association of Leaseand Title Analysts.

Tonya is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with minors in Management andMarketing. Tonya began her oil and gas career at Newfield Exploration Mid-Continent where she served in both the Division Order andLease Records departments. In 2007, she accepted the position of Land Administrator for KVR Energy, LLC where she manages all ofthe Land, Lease and Division Order departments, and was promoted to Land Manager in 2012. Tonya is a member of TALTA, NALTA,SADOA, NADOA, TAPL and AAPL. She received her CPLTA certification in 2009 and her CPL certification in 2016. She was votedTALTA’s Member of the Year in 2011, 2013 and 2015.

In her free time, Tonya volunteers and raises money for “The Little Light House”, a tuition free developmental center providingeducational and therapeutic services for children with special needs.

Rheannon is the Team Lead, Lease Records for Repsol Oil and Gas USA, LLC, located in Warrendale, PA. She has been employedwith Talisman since entering the oil and gas industry in 2003. She has experience in New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Ohio. Inaddition to her current role, Rheannon has held various positions within the Land department, including: File Room Administrator,Lease Administrator, Team Lead, Lease Administration, Sr. Land Technician and Team Lead, Land Technicians.

Mrs. Coleman is a CPLTA and held the position of Director for GABALTA in 2015, GABALTA Vice-President in 2016, and is the currentGABALTA President. She has served on the GABALTA Membership committee for the past two years, the GABALTA Nominationcommittee, and is very involved in the 2017 Educational committee. Rheannon has also served as the NALTA Conference DonationsChairman for the last two years, coordinating the conference bags, cash donations and door prizes.

Rheannon currently resides in the Pittsburgh area with her husband and four children.

Liz has worked in the Oil and Gas Industry for 12 years, starting in data entry at Oil-Law Records and then joining Chesapeake Energyas a lease analyst. She was at Chesapeake for 8 years before leaving to join American Energy Partners. She is currently a Senior DataAnalyst at Ascent Resources (which spun off from American Energy Partners).

She has been a member of OCAPLTA and NALTA since 2008 and received her CPLTA certification in December 2012. Liz is currentlyserving as 2017 Past President/Board Advisor on the OCAPLTA Board of Directors and 2016/2017 Parliamentarian for the NALTABoard of Directors. She was a Chapter Liaison on the 2014/2015 NALTA Board of Directors.

Liz has served on various NALTA Conference Committees:

Denise started her career in the Oil and Gas Industry back in 1983 with Pennzoil Company as a Land Secretary then was promoted toa Rental Analyst prior to leaving there in 1995. From there she decided to go into Education teaching Elementary as a dedicatedsubstitute teacher for 9 months. When the summer came she worked contract for American Exploration for 1 year before coming towork for Phillips Petroleum Company (now ConocoPhillips) in August 27, 1997 in the New Leases, Mapping & Contracts Dept. Denisecurrently is working Eagle Ford South Area Land Department. Denise has been a member of ALTA and NALTA since 1998. She hasserved on the ALTA board in the past for several years as the Social Ways & Means Director. Currently she is serving as the 2016-2017Corresponding Secretary NALTA. Denise has enjoyed serving the organization this past year. With the new website recently beinglaunched she has managed to learn it and have helped a lot of you out with various membership issues. She is looking forward to beingelected and contributing to NALTA by continuing as Corresponding Secretary.

Personal: Denise is a Native Houstonian. She has 2 grown young adults a daughter Kendra, a graduate of SCAD (Savannah Collegeof Art and Design) a Fashion Designer in New York and a son top Salesman at Sak’s in the Galleria Christopher graduate of Texas TechUniversity. She is very involved in the Community recently volunteered at the recent NFL Superbowl Experience, Houston LargestChildren’s Festival, ConocoPhillips Rodeo Run, American Heart Walk and Sisters Network Breast Cancer Walk. Denise enjoysexercising (health and fitness), entertaining, traveling, cooking, reading and spending time with family and friends.

Candidate (2) for the Office of Corresponding Secretary:Kathy Mays, CPLTA Denbury Resources, Inc.

Kathy started her career in the oil and gas industry in 1975 with Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO) working in various departments asan executive assistant. Maguire Oil Company, an independent, hired her as a land assistant in 1996 where she learned the business,cradle to grave. She was hired by Denbury Resources Inc. in 2002 as a rental analyst and has been working as Sr. Lease Analystsince 2004. In October of 2008 she passed the exam and obtained status as a Certified Professional Lease and Title Analyst. Kathyhas served in various leadership capacities including President on the Board for the Dallas Fort Worth Association of Lease and TitleAnalysts, Recording Secretary on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Lease and currently serves as RecordingSecretary of the Dallas Fort Worth Association of Lease and Title Analysts.

Kathy and her husband, Bill, two dogs and a cat live in Plano and enjoy spending as much time as possible with their granddaughters,Adelaide Rose and Delaney Jane.

Candidate (3) for the Office of Corresponding Secretary:Erica Honeycutt, CPLTA, CDOATracker Resource Development III

Erica Honeycutt would love to serve as NALTA’s Corresponding Secretary for 2017-2018. Over the years, Erica has volunteered manyhours of her time for both NALTA and her local chapter (DALTA). She has held multiple positions on the DALTA Board of Directorsincluding: President, Treasurer, Recording Officer, Membership Director and NALTA Liaison/Board Advisor. She has also helped withorganization publications, presented at educational events, assisted with conferences and chaired committees. Erica is currently LandAdministration Manager at Tracker Resource Development III, LLC, in Denver, Colorado. She has experience in a wide variety of landroles, working both exploration and development plays throughout multiple states. Her expertise is in database management, processimprovements and reporting. While working full-time, Erica received her Bachelor of Science in Business Management at theUniversity of Phoenix (Colorado campus). She became a Certified Professional Lease and Title Analyst (CPLTA) in 2010 and aCertified Division Order Analyst (CDOA) in 2015. When she is not working and volunteering, Erica loves spending time with herhusband, three children, two dogs and her senior cat.

Pam Lackey is a Land Technician with ConocoPhillips. She has been with ConocoPhillips for thirteen years beginning as a ContractAccounts Payable Associate in their Lobo Field Office. She then relocated to Farmington, NM where she became a ReservoirEngineering Technician on their Development Team. In October 2010 Pam relocated to Midland, TX where she was an EngineeringTechnician within the PAB (Panhandle-Anadarko-Barnett) and in October 2013 she transferred into the Land Department and relocatedto Houston when ConocoPhillips moved their Midland offices to the Energy Corridor.

While in Farmington Pam became a member of the Association of Desk and Derrick Clubs where she served on numerous committeesas well as on their Board of Directors as Secretary and Vice President. Upon relocating to Midland she transferred her Membershipand became their Secretary and then served as President and Immediate Past President before her relocation to Houston. Sincejoining ALTA, Pam has served as 1st Vice President (2015), Education Director (2016) and she is currently serving as ALTA’s 2017Recording Secretary. Through her many moves and work transitions, Pam developed a love for people and culture that has helped herquickly adapt to new opportunities throughout her career thus far.

In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and adventures such as white water rafting, rappelling, zip lining, hiking and visiting cities andcountries she has never been to before. Her favorite moments are spent relaxing with friends and family and spoiling her newlyrescued fur baby, Paisley.

Currently as a Land Administration Manager at Providence Energy Corporation, where Cindy started in July, 2009, there has been lotsof new changes and they are doing great with great anticipation for the future.

Cindy began her oil and gas career in January, 1980 with Hunt Energy Corporation which later became Petro-Hunt LLC. Beginning withthe Crude Disbursements Dept. then with the changes of the oil industry in the 1980's she was incorporated into the Revenue Dept.While in the Revenue Dept. she continued with her duties of handling royalty owner relations, federal & state regulatory reporting thenhandled Oil Production Accounting, did some Gas Revenue & Gas Plant Accounting along with other Revenue duties. In April, 2000Cindy was recruited into the Land Administration Dept. where she handled cradle to grave duties for several different entities & multiplestates.

Cindy sat for and passed the Certified Professional Lease and Title Analysts exam in 2004 then sat for and passed the CertifiedMinerals Management exam for the National Royalty Owners Association in 2005. She has been a member of NALTA & DFW-ALTA,NADOA & DALWORTH since 2000 and NARO – Texas since 2004 including being the Recording Secretary for DFW-ALTA for 2 years,Corresponding Secretary for 3 years then Treasurer for 3 years.

Cindy was born and raised in Rochester, New York moved to Texas as a sophomore in high school and graduated from Justin FKimball High School in Dallas. She has 3 adult children, along with a daughter-in-law and 2 son-in-laws who keep her quite busy withtheir adult adventures. She has several “4 legged-grandchildren” but finally has a “granddaughter who will debut in November” so thisOma is over the moon. After many years of being on PTA boards & several club soccer managerial positions while her children were inschool, she now spends most of her free time looking for new adventures to get into.

Lori Fisher is the Director of Land Administration for Percheron, LLC, with 17 years of industry experience. She joined Percheron’slegacy company OGM Land Company in 2000, previously as a Field Landman and Project Manager. Prior to Percheron, she spent 14years as a contract title abstractor for a title insurance company. As Director, she has had the opportunity to fully integrate numerousoffices nationwide and develop a set of processes to streamline the workflow of the Land Administration Department at Percheron. Sheis well-known for her leadership and organizational skills. At Percheron, Lori is on the Customer Service committee, a Training andDevelopment team member, and a charter member of Percheron’s Toastmasters club. She believes constant and consistent educationin our ever-changing world of oil and gas is the key to successful projects and successful careers. Lori earned her CPLTA certificationin 2012, became an instructor in 2014, and a member of the CPLTA Certification Committee in 2015. She is an active member ofNALTA and ALTA, currently serving on the NALTA Certification Committee, is the ALTA CPLTA Liaison, a qualified CPLTA Instructor, andhas conducted CPLTA Study Groups, Reviews and Testing in the Houston area for three years. Kelley has been a member of OCAPLTA and NALTA since 2002. In 2009, she earned her CPLTA designation. Kelley has servedNALTA in several capacities over the years. In 2011, she began serving on the Website Technology Committee, under the tutelage ofVicki Snyder, where she still serves today. She has served as the 2nd Vice President and NALTA NEWS Editor in 2014, 2015 and2016. In 2012, she was the Name Tag chairman, Transportation chairman, planning the Saturday field trip to Washington D.C., andserved on the AV committee. In 2013, she served as the Conference Cd Chairman and was on the AV committee. In 2014, Kelleyserved as the Exhibitors and Vendors Chairman and on the donations committee. She has served as a proctor from 2011-2014 and asa veteran Shutterbug on the photography committee from 2011-Present. In 2011 and 2012 she served on the OCAPLTA Board ofDirectors as Recording Secretary and Membership chairman, maintaining records while OCAPLTA’s membership set a new all-timehigh. For her efforts, she received the OCAPLTA 2011 Outstanding Service Award. She also formatted and printed the colorfulOCAPLTA Membership Directory. She then served as Corresponding Secretary in 2013, 2nd Vice President – Website Director in2014 and Parliamentarian in 2015. She has promoted NALTA and OCAPLTA among her peers in an effort to encourage membership,networking and continuing education.

Kelley began her career in 2002, as a Lease Analyst at Devon Energy Corporation working the Rocky Mountain area. She is currentlya Land Administration Manager for Stephens Land Services and looks forward to continuing her career there.

In addition to serving OCAPLTA and NALTA, Kelley serves as a Petro Pro for the Oklahoma Energy Resources Board (OERB), goinginto the classroom and educating students about the oil and gas profession. She has volunteered for the United Way, Regional FoodBank and Feed the Children. In her spare time, Kelley is a certified coach for Special Olympics in Bocce, Basketball, Bowling andTrack and Field. She also coaches Spirit League softball and soccer for specially-challenged athletes. Kelley married her collegesweetheart, Stephen, in 2009; she has 2 children, Karey and Matthew, and 4 dogs.

Priscilla J. Parsons, CPLTA, is the Administrative Manager of Coastal Plains Exploration, LLC. She began her lease and title career in1997 at Neumin Production Company as land clerk and immediately involved herself with lease administration duties. In November2004, Priscilla became a CPLTA and the following year was promoted to Land Assistant at Neumin where she carried out duties ofsupervising lease records and training entry level Landmen. While attending her first NALTA conference in 2002, Priscilla beganvolunteering for NALTA by helping various committees at conference. This led to her becoming Advertising Assistant for the NALTAmagazine from 2002-2003 and Advertising Editor from 2003-2006. In 2004, Priscilla was given the Special Recognition Award due toher hard work and dedication as Advertising Editor after increasing the advertisement revenue to new records. At the NALTA 2005Conference, Priscilla served as Education Chairperson and worked with her committees to provide an outstanding list of speakers. In2007 Priscilla decided to focus on her education and went back to school to complete her Bachelor of Science – BusinessManagement Degree, she successfully met her goal in 2010 while working full-time. Her final year of school, she was awarded with aNALTA scholarship. In 2011, Priscilla accepted an offer for a position with Coastal Plains Exploration, LLC which has allowed her towork closely with geology, engineering, and accounting to expand her knowledge of the oil and gas industry. Priscilla is the proudmother of a daughter and son and enjoys spending time with them.

DALTA Director:Jessica Mulverhill, CPLTAEncana Oil & Gas (USA) Inc.

Jessica Mulverhill is the Manager, Lease Records at Encana Oil & Gas (USA) Inc. Jessica has been working in the oil and gasindustry since 2004. Throughout her career, Jessica has worked in various positions in Land and has found her niche to be in LeaseAdministration. In her current position, Jessica manages all of the Lease Records functions and personnel for US Operations whichincludes Lease Analysts, Rental Analysts, and Records Management supporting operations in Colorado, Wyoming, New Mexico,Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi. Jessica attended the University of Colorado at Boulder and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts inHistory in 2007. In 2011, Jessica became a Certified Professional Lease and Title Analyst. She was re-certified in 2016. Jessica hasvolunteered her time on the DALTA board and is most currently serving as President for 2017. Outside of the professional world,Jessica enjoys traveling with her husband and has a goal to see 50 states and 50 countries before she turns 50. Jessica and herhusband welcomed their first child, a baby boy, to their family in May 2017. Jessica also enjoys hiking, reading, watching the DenverBroncos, and volunteering for those less fortunate in our community.

PALTA Director: Ashleigh BardenCOG Operating, LLC

Ashleigh Barden has been actively working in the oil and gas industry for the past seven years. After graduating from UTPB with a BSin Biology with a minor in Chemistry in 2009, she worked as an independent contractor running title for a short while before accepting aposition with a small oil and gas company as a Land Assistant. Ashleigh was then hired on at Concho in 2011 as a Lease Analyst, buthas since worked her way up to her current position as Lead Lease Analyst for New Mexico. She is also in charge of training all newlyhired Lease Analysts as well as newly hired Landmen going through Concho’s Landman training program. In addition, she is a P2 LandAdministrator and works closely with both P2 and Concho’s IT department on troubleshooting, solving issues and testing andimplementing upgrades to the system.

Ashleigh has been a member of NALTA and PALTA since 2012 and served as PALTA Treasurer in 2015. Ashleigh also served as anadvocate to the By-Law Rewrite Committee and she was a tremendous part of the Seminar Committee in obtaining donations for thePALTA Seminar. She now looks forward to serving as 2017-2018 NALTA Liaison.

Amy has served as Director & Charity Committee Chairman for the OCAPLTA Chapter in 2009 and 2010. During this time, OCAPLTA developed a relationship with the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma - Food 4Kids program, which is still going strong. Amy served OCAPLTA as 1st Vice President in 2011 as theEducation Chairman and was elected as President of OCAPLTA in 2012 & 2013. She also held positionsas Past President/Board Advisor, NALTA Liaison for OCAPLTA and most currently as CPLTA Liaison.

Amy has served the NALTA Conference as Exhibitor Chairman in 2003, 2004 and 2005; as theEntertainment Chairman for the 2012 NALTA Conference in Baltimore, MD; and as NALTA Site SelectionCo-Chairman. In 2016 she served as NALTA 1st Vice President & Conference Chairman for the 2016conference in Atlanta, GA.

Amy has been married to her husband Jon for 20 years and they have two daughters and three dogs, sheis actively involved in her church in the prayer & mission teams in Uganda.
