Overnight Unit Rental Contract: Thistypeofcontractallowsownerstobringmorepeopleontheparkthantheirnormalguestlimitsallow,useResortfacilitiesandreserveovernightrentalunits.Ownersingoodstandingwantingtohavemorethantheirnormalguest limits(2 individualpeopleor2guestfamilies,mother,father,childrenundertheageof21stilllivinginthehome)onthepark,maybegrantedanOvernightUnitRentalContract.Ownersareallowedtheir1unitplus2morefortheir2guestfamilies(atthenormalrate).Alladditionalaccommodationsforguestswillcostaguestpriceofthenormalunitrentalplus$10perunitpernightforthedurationoftheirstay.GuestsarethenallowedtouseallResortfacilitieswithinnormalusagerules. OwnersMUSTbe inattendancewiththeirguestsatall times (knowledge of the Resort, rules, ID card, etc.) and is held responsiblefor their guests. The various types of units are priced individually. Requestsforpartyareasaretakenonafirstcomefirstservebasis,startingonJanuary1stbycallingtheRecreationOfficeat573-764-3656.*Eachownershipnumberisallowedtwo(2)partiesperyear.TherequestMUSTbemadebythePRIMARYOWNER(whoisingoodstanding,i.e.,loancurrent,maintenancefeesandstoragefeespaid,etc.)andthePRIMARYOWNERMUSTBEONPROPERTYBEFOREANYGUESTWILLBEALLOWEDONTHERESORTANDTHEYMUSTSTAYONPROPERTYTHROUGHOUTTHEPARTY.ONLYguestswhosenamesappearontheontheguestlistwillbeallowedonproperty,whichmeanstheGuestListMUSTbeprovidedalongwithcontractandallfees.Guest Lists should be typed/printed and alphabetized.Rentalareasareinhighdemand,especiallyinthepeakmonths.Itisimperativethatonceyoureceiveyourcontractinthemail,youreturnthecontract,signedalongwithfees,depositandguestlistwithin 21 days or the partywillbeconsideredcancelledandbecomeavailableforotherstorent.NOPARTYISGUARANTEEDUNTILWEHAVERECEIVEDASIGNEDCONTRACT,GUESTLISTANDTHEPROPERFEES.

Cancellation Policy:Partiescancelled120 days or morepriortopartydatewillberefunded100%ofbothrentalfeesanddeposits.Partiescancelledless than 120 days prior to party datewillberefunded100%oftherentalfee,howeverthe deposit will be forfeited. Refundsmustbeclaimed/collectedwithin48hoursofcancellation.

Inclement Weather Policy: Options in the caseof inclementweatherare: 1) total lossdue to inclementweatherRentermayberefunded100%oftheRentalFee&Deposit. 2)rentermaychooseanalternateopendateforthesamelocation;allfeeswouldbeappliedtothenewdate.3)thepartymaybemovedtoanindoorlocation,ifaroomisavailableandtheRenterwouldberesponsibleforanyadditionalRentalFees&Deposits. Insurance:Anyindividual,group,company,organization,etc.bringingnon-family/friendsguestsontothepark,MUSThaveacopyofinsurancepolicynamingLostValleyLakeResortasadditionallyinsuredforthedurationoftheirstayonthepark.

LostValleyLakeResortandStaffarenotresponsibleforleft,lost,stolenordamagedpersonalproperty.TheLVLOwner/Renterassumescompleteresponsibilityforpartyguestsincludingconduct&injuryetc.andagreestoholdharmlessLostValleyLakeResort’sOwners,Staff,Mid-AmericaDevelopersandStaffforanyandallaccidentsthatcouldoccuronthepark.TheLVLOwner/Renterassumescompleteresponsibilityforanyandalllicensesorpermitsneededforthefunctionandactivitiestheyareholdingintherentedarea.

Rentalfacilitiesdonotqualifyforthepointsystem. Save the Date: If a request is made prior to January 1stofthecurrentyear,a“Save the Date”feeof$100willapplyalongwiththesigning of a “Save the Date” agreement.ThiswillholdtherequesteddateandlocationpriortoJan.1st.ThenafterJanuary1st,aformalcontractwillbeagreeduponandmailedatwhichtimeallfeesanddepositswillbedue.The$100“SavetheDate”feewillbeappliedtothefinalrentalamount.The“SavetheDate”feeof$100isnonrefundable.Ifanewdate/locationisavailableandchosen,thefeewillthenbeappliedtothenewdate/location.

NO PARTY IS GURARNTEED UNTIL WE HAVE RECEIVED A SIGNED CONTRACT, AND PROPER FEES. If a party request is made less than 21 days prior to the event date, signed contract, guest list and all fees will be due immediately upon receipt. GUESTS LISTS MUST be received no less than 7 days prior to the event date. If a guest arrives at the Guard House who is not on the Guest List, they will not be allowed on the park until the Owner is located and permission granted for the Guest to be on the park. If this occurs a $5 per guest fee will be applied and must be paid prior to granting Resort access.
