MORNING 1:1 $5,000 Attendees tell us every year they want time with speakers – so we’ll start each morning with individual and small group time with speakers. This popular session will be sponsored and include branding on agenda, on-screen messaging and signage.

INTERVIEW BACKDROP $5,000 Everyone wants to tell their story so we’ll host a video interview station to talk informally with attendees, sponsors and vendors…the backdrop will be sponsored and be seen across the BIA/Kelsey website and social media and shared by attendees.

SPECIALITY COCKTAIL BAR $7,000 You’ll be the toast of BIA/Kelsey NEXT as the host of a specialty cocktail bar during one of our evening receptions. Select cocktails, beer or wine for your bar and create a signature drink in your name. Sponsorship includes branded cocktail napkins.

PHOTO CONTEST $5,000 A sponsored social photo contest will showcase the event, attendees, activities etc. Lots of on-site promotion is included in this sponsorship including the award for the contest winner.

PHOTO BOOTH $7,000 A fun activity for everyone at the conference, the booth will include props and fun ideas for photo taking. Photos will be branded with sponsor’s logo and signage and on-stage messaging is included.

SURPRISE AND DELIGHT $5,000 We’re shaking it up and will provide unexpected “treats” throughout the conference. When attendees least expect it snacks, music, guests will appear and provide a unique experience branded with sponsor logo and messaging. WRISTBANDS $8,500 Every attendee will need a wristband to enter the second floor entertainment area – your brand can be included and visible to every attendee. Sponsorship includes daily on-stage messaging as well as signage at registration area and entertainment area.

TSHIRTS $7,000 Conference-goers love free stuff and we’ll have some fun distributing shirts with a t-shirt gun fired from stage into the audience. Plenty of on stage messaging, t-shirt branding and signage are included in this opportunity.

BOOK SPONSOR $3,000 Attendees will have the opportunity to receive a book from two terrific authors: Catharine Hays, Future of Advertising, and Scott Brinker, Hacking Marketing.
