Attendance is open to all members of the softball community and extended to general public. Those standing for Board Nominations and Awards and Recognition nomination must be financial members. Voting rights are only for financial members. NOTICE OF MOTION FOR THE AGM I hereby call for notices of motion for the AGM. All notices must be: • In writing, either electronically or in hardcopy • Set out the wording of the proposed resolution • Signed by the member proposing to move the resolution • Received by me by 12pm on Friday 1 st April, 2016 NOMINATION OF BOARD MEMBERS There will be an election of Board Members at this AGM, in accordance with clause 11 of the current SNT Constitution. The following Board position vacancies and their expected time frame will be up for voting and nominations: • President – 2 year term • Vice President – 1 year term • Secretary – 2 year term • Finance Officer – 1 year term • Communications and Media Officer – 2 year term • Junior Development Officer – 1 year term • General Board Member – 1 year term Nomination forms and Position Descriptions attached.
