Transcript of 2016 OFS for AIM _Training_Cementys
Agenda on the 4th of november: •Asset Integrity Monitoring Strategies & Cost/Benefitsanalysis across different industries (Oil&Gas, Nuclear,Power&UtilityNetworks,TransportInfrastructures)•Case Studies: the use of FBG sensors and distributedsensingtechnologiesindifferentindustries•How to design and implement a robust and reliableopticalfibermonitoringsystem•DataInterpretationandManagement
Day 1: Technologies
Duringthefirsttrainingdayyouwilllearnall the necessary background on fiber
optics, from the physical phenomena to the different sensor technologies, and how to implement them on the field.Boththeoreticallecturesandpracticaldemoswill be presented in order to give a complete under-standingofcurrentlyusedopticalfibertechnologies.
Day 2: Applications
The workshop focuses especially onindustrial applications of fiber optic monitoring. Industry oriented, this training day willpresent different case studies on Structural HealthMonitoring (SHM)andAsset IntegrityMonitoring (AIM)withindifferentsectors.
Who should attend?
Thiscourse isdesigned toprovideparticipantswithanopportunitytomanageOpticalFiberAIM.Ifyou’reactiveasaFacility Manager or Integrity Engineer in the Con-struction, Oil&Gas, Nuclear and other energy industries, this educational program is the best experience toperfectyourskillsusingstate-of-thearttechnologies.
