Attendance = Greater Academic Performance
Attendance Incentives - The plan is to reward the AIP classes who have highest attendance during a ONE month period (each site will have one winner).
Starting in October the class with the highest attendance rate will be rewarded with a popcorn party on the first Thursday of the following month.
•Marilyn will be providing the list of the winning classes each month.•ASES will be providing the popcorn and movie reward (rewards will be held inside the AIP classroom).
The first day of 2nd – 6th grade AIP will be September 6th. Please check in your Teacher Handbook for site start time. (pg. 5)
• Students will line up by grade level in your sites designated area
• Principals will lead a brief assembly in the cafeteria
• Afterwards the AIP students will be lined up according to grade level and be divided up into classes.
• Extra help with splitting up classes will be available at each site.

Obtaining a Substitute
Here are the steps to report your absence into AESOP:1. Enter start and end date of absence2. Select your absence reason3. Select if a sub is required4. Select start and end times of absence● When reporting an absence be sure to verify that the date and
your work hours are correct.
If you have already pre-arranged a substitute verbally with someone:- Report your absence into AESOP. Select “No Sub Required” and note the substitute name in “notes to
administrator.” - If you pre-arrange a substitute and forget to chose “no sub required” the substitute that is attached to the
assignment by Aesop will be placed and the person you arranged with will be sent home.Absences must be reported at least ONE HOUR before your day starts.Call Kassi Baker to obtain a substitute in an emergency.
