KBART title lists: Improving User Experience/Quality
In 2015, we are moving to have KBART Title Lists replace all Title Lists provided by Gale. Why?• Title Lists have many uses• Vary in format & data included• NISO initiative known as “KBART” –
Knowledge Base and Related Tools – published specifications for reporting title lists
• Gale has made KBART lists availble (Phase 1 )
• Phase 2 – expands to include additional content types and will incorporate Gale Direct Linking. Will aid in MARC record creation (links)
