1Raising the bar

It has been a busy period at JDC with some interesting transactions completed this year, others currently in progress and another active year of corporate advisory and business growth projects. We have also made some further important senior team appointments.

For those of you less familiar with JDC, a little background on the firm. Since its formation in 2004, JDC Corporate Finance has grown to become East Anglia’s leading independent Corporate Finance and Advisory firm, with an established reputation as experts in our field, providing transaction and related business growth and tax planning advice to owner managed businesses.

Over the last two years, we have grown significantly, with eight new appointments, including two new directors (with a third due to join at the beginning of 2016) each of whom have left large national firms to be part of the JDC team. They share our drive and ambition to make JDC the adviser of choice for growing and enterprising businesses both within and beyond the East Anglian region.

The business model that we embrace is based around senior, experienced people delivering expert advice with a real passion and a refreshing absence of red tape.

We believe that this ‘boutique’ approach, our specialist skills and our desire to deliver an integrated service in a clear, concise, hands-on and cost effective manner are the primary differentiators that set us apart from our competition.

We actively encourage prospective clients to talk to our existing clients and contacts and to assess our credentials based on what we have done and not just what we say we can do.

In this review we have provided an introduction to our senior team and have summarised some of the exciting projects we have been involved in over the last year, which we hope you will find interesting.

We would be delighted to meet you and are confident that, given the chance, we could add real value to your business in 2016 and beyond.

Onwards and upwards!
