Why did it take Drexel so long……

• Drexel moved to an annual bill for all Full time Undergraduate students in September 2004.– We billed all tuition and fees over the class and

coop terms in August for the upcoming year.• Refunds were processed manually during this

time.– We ran reports to pull credit balances , we could

not use the Banner automated refund process.

• When Banner is installed– Payment detail codes are set to 000.– Charge detail codes are set to 999.

second place on a charge. • 899 – Will pay meals and housing only.• 995 – Will pay University Fees only.• 997 - Will pay Tuition only.
