About Barbara Corcoran
It was her next job that would make her one of the most successful
entrepreneurs in the country when she took a $1000 loan to start The
Corcoran Group.
As one of the “Sharks” on ABC’s hit TV show, SHARK TANK, Barbara has
ponied up her own money and invested in more than a dozen businesses,
competing to make those deals for all to see, then shepherding them to

About Terry Watson
Terry Watson is the “AHA guy”, who makes people, companies and organizations large and small aware
of the conscious and unconscious ways they sabotage their businesses and their lives. Terry provides
ridiculously effective and easily implementable strategies.
Terry Watson is one of the most sought after self-improvement trainers in North America. Not only is he a
nationally renowned and diversified facilitator, he is also an experienced and educated real estate sales
professional. With no formal real estate training, Watson was forced to create bazaar strategies that became
so successful that he was asked to chair a university real estate department and tweak their courses to better
prepare the sales agents of today.
Terry is a broker for his family’s real estate firm, where he has hired, trained, and supervised over 100
REALTOR® professionals. After selling for franchises while in high school, Terry reached the status of “top”
salesperson before age 25. No matter what Terry does, he puts all of his energy into it and truly cares about
the outcome. This is probably why he is the youngest person ever to be inducted into the Accredited Buyer
Representative (ABR®)
Hall of Fame. He received this honor from his peers for “excellence in

He also is one of only 156 people in the world to hold the Distinguished
Real Estate Instructor (DREI) designation and so far is the youngest person
ever to be named as such.
Terry is as devoted to self-improvement as he is to helping others learn,

About Katie Lance
Katie is the CEO and Owner of Katie Lance Consulting; a social media consulting firm. Katie specializes in
social media strategy and content development and works with real estate and tech firms, helping to
develop their social strategy on a corporate and executive level. Katie also works with clients in an advisory
role - helping them navigate the nuances of the real estate industry.
Katie is a media trained public speaker onstage and on camera, and is a frequent speaker and trainer at
national conferences teaching the latest tools and strategies in social media, mobile and technology trends.
Katie is also a frequent writer and contributor to Inman Next and The Huffington Post.
Prior, Katie was the chief strategist and social media director for Inman News. Under Katie's leadership,
