8th Grade Career Related Assessments/Inventories

• A list of 8th grade students coded as active at the end of the year in SR2014 will display. • 8th grade students who have been coded as meeting the requirement of completing 2 or more career

interest inventories are pre-checked. • The ability to download to Excel file is available. • It is recommended that you download the Excel file to determine which students have or have not

completed 2 or more career interest inventories. • If you determine that the data as displayed are accurate, the data have automatically saved so this

activity is completed. • Should you click the “No” radio button, all the student data originally populated for this

indicator will be lost and every student’s value will default to “No”. • If “Yes” is selected, then a student’s name should remain checked ONLY if that student met the

criteria for the 8th Grade Career Related Assessments/Inventories. • Remember to “Save All” if you make any changes to the existing data.
