Designed With Style in Mind… “A Kitchen Style all it’s own with TWO Islands”

By tearing out a wall and combining two rooms, a major transformation took place in this kitchen creating an extraordinary kitchen, separate bake/mix area, a bar and a pantry!

Island number one is a multi-purpose island serving as the cooking zone as well as a gathering space for friends to visit while the chef is preparing the meal and a place to pull out the iPad and look up your favorite recipes.

Island number two is the perfect place for a microwave drawer and is used as a prep area and staging area for food before it is served to family and friends.

Painted white Showplace Custom cabinets with a Concord Recessed panel door are featured in the main kitchen while cherry wood with chestnut stain on both islands and bar complements the rest of the home.

Granite and Quartz countertops finish off this kitchen with fun grey backsplash tiles with red and grey textured glass, adding “Stunning Style” to this home.

The old island was repurposed for a bake/mix center in the room behind the kitchen. Some of the existing cabinets were repainted red and the old countertop was reused to transform this space into a functional and organized secondary work space!

A powder bath and laundry were re-configured to allow for a new walk-in pantry and the newly created bake/mix area.

Directions: East on Pine Lake Rd. to Glass Ridge Dr., turn north.

Make this home your final stop because you’ll never want to leave!

This beautifully-remodeled home is all about attention to detail featuring only the

finest craftsmanship, timeless tastes and latest trends for a truly unique design. Once again, Designer Jeff Bohmont with JR Premier Designs, has flawlessly combined traditional and contemporary accents to create a simply luxurious experience.

This home is nearly indescribable with its beautiful features and exquisite artistry. The open concept main floor lends itself to a bright, spacious living space ideal for entertaining family and friends. The neutral backdrop is accentuated with deep, warm tones found in the stunning detail of the Indian Copper Brown Granite countertops and a beautifully coordinated backsplash.

You can’t help but notice the gorgeous artwork and sculptures that flawlessly connect each room on this main floor. The great room and dining room will pull you in with special acid wash faux paint treatments that blend taupe with pewter and copper. Effortlessly transitioning into the master bedroom, the coffered ceilings form an ambiance of serenity with stunning metal tones, black and silver, that create a fluid-like motion. This warm, inviting atmosphere is only more pronounced with custom linens and window treatments.

The lower level of this home will astonish you with its complete finish. Featuring two bedrooms and a full bathroom, there is nothing but perfectly harmonized space here. A stunning stacked-stone fireplace in dark charcoal becomes the focal point in this huge family room, and the recessed alcove frames the high-definition flat-screen TV. Not even the carpet escapes this designer’s eye for detail with a unique, cool alligator print. As a final touch, glass French doors open up to an office with hand-scraped walnut flooring in dark espresso engineered with unique textures and a striking finish.

The bathroom is a sweet escape with its spa-like feel. Featuring a hand-blown vessel sink and a soft tube-lighted framed mirror, the tile accents and cabinet under-lighting is the complete package.

Don’t miss the opportunity to tour this must-see home!

Directions: From 70th St.,turn east on Stevens Ridge Rd. Turn south on S. 72nd St. Turn west on Oaks Hollow. The house is located on the corner of S. 72nd St. and Oaks Hollow.

Our main goal was to expand access to the dining room and living room for more entertaining opportunities. We enlarged the kitchen by tearing out walls and the long hallway to the kitchen. We utilized thermafoil raised-panel Aristocraft cabinets, contrasting granite countertops, ceramic tile and glass backsplash, stainless steel appliances and new oak floors throughout the entire area. An additional serving buffet was added to the dining room. This remodel gives the house a functional yet elegant look for the entire family and friends to enjoy.

Directions: From Pioneers Blvd. and 70th St., go south on 70th St. Turn west on Antler Dr., then turn right on Bison Drive.

What a transformation! Maher Custom Homes has taken a typical multi-level and removed walls to make this fabulous open kitchen concept for the homeowner. The kitchen now boasts new maple cabinets with a mocha stain, a 10’ island and new maple wood floors. The beautiful granite countertops and glass tile backsplash add the finished touch to make this a stunning but functional kitchen for the family and all their entertaining needs. Jerry and Renee also helped with the clients’ need for a small office area that could be closed when not in use. By taking a small area and adding bi-fold doors, shelves and countertop, they have created the prefect “office” that is great for charging all their electronics, keeping track of appointments and a great drop zone that is easily concealed when that unexpected company arrives!

Taking the fresh look to the master bedroom and bathroom, Maher Custom Homes borrowed a small closet from the hall bath and made a large tiled shower with bench, new tiled floor and vanity. The cramped closet now has a face lift with new built-ins, additional storage for the TV and a unique design for storing shoes that doesn’t require crawling at the bottom of your closet!

We look forward to seeing you as you tour this wonderful remodeled home!

Jeff and Julie wanted to take a separate kitchen and dining area and create an inviting, open space. We were able to accomplish this by removing a wall separating the two spaces and extending cabinets into the dining space with a hutch to match the cabinets. By utilizing the vaulted ceiling and the design of the cabinets we were able to create the open feeling they desired. Come and see a unique and impressive lighting solution for the kitchen and vaulted ceiling.

Not only is the quality and design of this kitchen striking, but this project was AMAZINGLY completed in less than one week. Come visit and experience the remarkable transformation that we accomplished from start to finish in five days!

Your “DREAM KITCHEN,” can you just imagine having your dream become a reality in just 3-5 days? Check out this amazing transformation, one of several hundred kitchen spaces we have remodeled in the Lincoln area in the past few years. This particular kitchen was revolutionized by the professional and experienced design experts with 3 Day Kitchen and Bath. After sitting down and going through what was important, we came up with a design to meet those needs. New-and-improved maple cabinets were installed, opulent quartz countertops, and state-of-the-art luxury vinyl tile that withstands years of wear and tear from an active family. The owners’ longing for more pantry space was creatively accomplished by extending the pantry feet into the garage to achieve the extra space they were looking for.

We’re not your average contractors. We guarantee we are different, from our top-notch renovations to our quick and painless time frame. This project was completed in just five days! This is what sets us apart. Come see us, we’d love to meet you!

Knotty pine cabinets and walls surrounded this outdated kitchen before, along with black and white checkerboard vinyl flooring and a full wall dividing the family room and kitchen. The homeowner’s first request was to knock out the wall dividing the family room and kitchen in order to create a more open space between the two areas. One of our biggest challenges while designing the new kitchen was the placement of the three existing windows. We utilized all of the available wall space and also built a large central island which holds a beverage center refrigerator, warming drawer, cook-top, plenty of counter space, and comfortable seating for four. The homeowners chose Dura Supreme Cherry cabinetry with a stain/accent glaze finish, granite countertops, and durable tile flooring. Also, check out the beautiful tile details in the bathroom and natural stone surrounding the family room fireplace. It’s all about the details in this striking new kitchen, bathroom and fireplace remodel, and once again the transformations are incredible!

A Classic Kitchen for a Classic Neighborhood

This busy young family needed more function from their kitchen and wanted professional-grade appliances. They also dreamed of having another laundry room. The perfect solution was a two-story addition for expanding the kitchen and adding a second-floor laundry room.

A blend of new windows and recycled brick, as well as a vintage-looking exterior light fixture resulted in an addition that looks like it was always there.

Keen attention was given to every aspect of the interior design, including reusing a powder bath cabinet and laundry chute door original to the house. The new cabinets in the kitchen perform the many functions required by the owners, in timeless black and white.

• Custom Wood Products cabinetry

• Wooden appliance panels to blend with cabinetry

• Island features subway tile on the back, prep sink and coordinating granite top

• Meticulously installed crown and base molding

• Congoleum, DuraCeramic, vinyl tiles on kitchen floor

• Classic tile on powder bath floor

Designed With Style in Mind… “A Kitchen with style to fit the Home!”

This 1915 Bungalow had an un-functional kitchen for this family’s needs of storage and countertop space. The kitchen remodel included re-enforcing the old sun porch floor, new window inserts and relocating the sink to allow for better countertop space. The new sliding French patio door with prairie mullion inserts allowed for the addition of a custom seating bench and a table perfect for this family of three!

Showplace Shaker Style Cabinetry in oak with a heather stain complements the existing woodwork in the home.

The addition of a large pantry with rollout trays, a two-bin recycling center and rollout trays for pots and pans helpes to make this kitchen, “A Functional Dream to work in.”

Multi-colored tile backsplash with glass inserts gave this kitchen a touch of Frank Lloyd Wright Style!

Formica Mineral Jet countertop with an Oak ribbon edge complements the colors in the patterned tile floor.

Custom-stained glass door with blue glass accents and plate rack give the corner cabinet a distinctive look all its own!

Peek in and see the custom bookcase and daybed which was added to create a multi-functional room to be used for students who take music lessons in the owner’s home and for guests who are visiting.

Designed With Style in Mind… “Styled for TWO Cooks, and TWO kids.”

By removing a bath and modifying a doorway, a new open plan was created to enhance the lifestyle of this family! When a wall was removed, the kitchen was opened up to the family room allowing space for a new kitchen island.

In this home the husband is the main chef of the family. The island was designed to his specifications with a cook-top, prep sink and trash for chopping and food preparation. The wife tends to handle more of the salads, breads and baking of the sweet treats! Her area of the kitchen serves as the storage for the kitchen and is home to the oven, thus it provides everything she needs.

Two-toned Showplace Cabinetry in maple autumn and oak coffee stains complement the new bamboo carbonized floor in the living and dinning room areas.

Quartz Countertops in warm tones of brown, cream and copper accents make a WOW statement in this kitchen!

The work triangle provides adequate space for two cooks giving each a space separate to work with the refrigerator and microwave accessible to ALL!

The back of the island features glass door cabinetry and a wine rack with accessibility to the dining room and entertaining of guests!

Gus and Donna love to relax and enjoy the outdoors. They both wanted an enclosed patio that still has the outdoor feel. We created a beautiful screened in porch constructed out of cedar that we painted and incorporated to the house that makes it look like it was there from day one. From the inside the view is non-obstructed with a tight woven screen, but viewed from the outside incorporates some privacy. We created a vaulted ceiling to keep the open feel of the outdoors and installed two ceiling fans to give great circulation.

Come see how we can give you the great outdoors with the comfort and protection of the indoors.

Designed With Style in Mind… “Styled with Seating at the Island for an active Family”

This large family wanted to create a kitchen that enabled them to socialize with each other while preparing the family meal. By combining the dinette space with the kitchen space and adding cabinetry, it enhanced the flow and added spacious counters for multiple work zones. In addition, a large island with seating was possible, creating a gathering space for everyone!

Showplace Painted Linen cabinets in a Pendleton Square Recessed panel was chosen to accent the Clean Simple Lines of this kitchen.

The doorway to the dinning room was widened for easier flow and created a view into the living room fireplace.

Straw colored 12” x 12” tile accented with a bamboo glass/stone tile laid in a diagonal pattern complements the simple style of this kitchen.

Wood floor was added to the dinning room and kitchen areas, which complements the existing living room wood floor and made the space, “Easy on the Eyes!”
