TURN AROUND TIME

Custom barazzo® items in stock can be shipped within days after full payment is received. Hand crafted or private label items are usually shipped in 3-4 weeks (depending on the quantity). Large orders of 500 or more may take up to 5 weeks and custom (made-to-order and specialty) items that require manufacturing may take up to 3 months.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Orders can be accepted by phone, fax, email or online. Blank samples are available for a small shipping fee (in most cases). Custom samples are only available in digital form (with custom brand samples and after a deposit is made). All custom items are non-refundable. All custom orders require full payment and are non-refundable once sample illustrations are approved. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours (unless production has begun).

Products may be returned (at our discretion) for an exchange only or store credit within 7 days and if there is a defect with the product or an error on the part of the company. Under no other circumstances will the company offer a refund or exchange on any custom items for any other reason.

Shipping prices will vary depending on the quantity and weight of the items. Shipping services are provided by FedEx or UPS and we are more than happy to use your account to ship direct. Returns (for credit) may be authorized within 7 days on items that are found to be defective. All returns must be approved and inspected. If blank items are returned, a 20% restock fee is deducted from the price and a credit is offered for future orders.

We accept all major credit cards. Invoices paid by check (through our online system) require 3 to 5 days to verify funds prior to the start of production. 30-day net account options are only available to major businesses and/or government and federal agences that make prior approved arrangements with the company and their procurement departmet. Georgia sales tax (8%) is added to all orders (unless a tax exempt certificate is presented at the time of payment).
