Adam Miller Homes installed a custom interlocking traditional cobblestone paver patio, combining an aged finish with a present-day design. This patio carries the Old

World charm and a natural rustic look, which enhances the richness and warmth of the outdoor entertaining space. Along the border of the paver patio, we wanted to stress the

quality of the living space by installing a custom curved paver edge design. Next, we constructed a seven-foot stacked stone wood-burning fireplace on-site that offers a mature stone look and captures an eroded texture feel. We accented the project with limestone stairs down to the yard surrounded with a vinyl fence and a Pergola entrance.

The owners moved into this 1929 home 25 years ago. They love the location, neighborhood and their house. They needed to update to add more space. Kiser Construction installed a

1,368 square foot addition with a full basement and first floor master bedroom, master bath with walk-in shower, laundry, bar and living room. We refinished the existing hardwood floors, added new oak doors and baseboards,

updated the kitchen with new cabinets, added granite counter tops and installed radiant heat and new A/C for the addition and existing house. We tied the two together with the same finishes and character, removed doors and windows and installed brick archways. On the exterior, we added new windows, widened the driveway, and off the rear of the addition added a fountain and great place to gather. The detail in the brickwork is copied from the front of the house.
