Each Press Organization will be permitted up to two press passes for the duration of all listed events. All individuals recieving press passes must be working for or workingon behalf of the media / press group they are associated. Ifmore than two passes are needed, please request themin writing to the below email.

Pick up and sign for your press passes at the Pro Event Box Office located between the Royale and Grande Ballrooms. By picking upyour pass you are acknowledging acceptance of the CSI press andmedia policies as outlined in this packet.

Picking Up Your Press Passes

A large media table will be provided in the Riviera Hotel & Casino Conference Center Foyer near the event registration desk.
We welcome you to stock copies of your publication(s) or apromotional flyer for your on-line pool and billiard mediasite on the media table. Below are the Media Table policies.
1. Provide a copy of the promotional flyer or publication issue you wish to stockon the event media table to CSI. You can drop the copy off at the event registrationdesk located in the main entry foyer to the Riviera Hotel & Casino Conference Center.
2. Only pool and billiard press will be allowed to stock the media table. Third party tournament promotional flyers will not be allowed and discarded if found on the table.

1. Royale / Capri / Grande Amateur Ballrooms: Open access is allowed in the amateur arenas except inside the draped playing areas and the tournament control desk.
2. Royale Ballroom Pro Area: The press passes will allow for All Session General Admission within the Royale Ballroom Pro Area. A designated press / media area will be placed next to the TAR TV Table.
3. Pro Practice Room: Members of the press WILL NOT have access to the plplayer practice room and the Skybox areas with the exception of CSI photographer Dale Shank of Shank Shot Media and event CSI staff writer, Samm Diep.
Violation of the event media policies may result in your press pass being revoked.

Media Table & Policies
Media Access POLICIES
The Riviera Hotel & Casino is well equipped with high speed internet access in each guest room and has internet kiosks located in the main convention foyer. There is a fee for these services.
In addition to the on-site tournament boards for the BCAPL National 8-BallChampionships, U.S. Open One Pocket Championships and U.S. Open 10-BallChampionship, all brackets can be viewed live online at www.ctsondemand.com.
The Riviera Hotel & Casino Business Center is the exclusive agent for the Riviera Hotel and will receive and ship parcels to and from the hotel. Charge may apply for services. For details and pricing, please call thehotel business center at (702) 794-9500.
Most boxes of magazines and flyers may be stored directly under the skirtedmedia table. CSI is not responsible for the maintenance or security ofany boxes stored under the table.
No exhibit, performance or event presented at the Tournament shall bephotographed, broadcast or recorded for commercial use, sale or distribution of ANY kind without the written and express permission of CueSports International.
Exhibitors shall not photograph or videotape the exhibit or product of anotherexhibitor. Cameras are not permitted unless an authorized pass or permit is obtainedfrom CSI and photographs have been authorized by the exhibitor. Any exhibitorwho violwho violates this rule jeopardizes participation in the current or future events.
