Countrywide is today a subsidiary ofBank7 ofAmerica Corporation (BAC), although the court failed to notice that in8 its records. The legal Department ofBAC repeatedly instructs Plaintiff9 that Art Todd Boock is the only counsel, who is authorized to represent

10 BAC and Countrywide in Court, and explicitly denies that Bryan Cave,11 LLP, Amberg and Moldawsky are authorized to represent BAC.12 However, Art Todd Boock repeatedly claims that he is prohibited from13 communication with Plaintiff by some undisclosed unknown court order.14 He also claims, contradicting the office ofLegal Counsel, that Bryan15 Cave, LLP is authorized to represent BAC/CFC.16 The scheme, which is presumably meant to generate conditions where no17 counsel is in charge, is repetition of a scheme previously employed by18 Countrywide in the Court of the Honorable JeffBohm, US Judge,19 Houston Texas and described inMemorandum Opinion, March 5, 200820 (Docket # 31 in Zernik v Connor et al). That Memo was described by21 media as "rebuke" ofCountrywide's litigation practices. According to22 that Memo Countrywide had promised the Honorable JeffBohm not to23 engage again in such schemes. As we see here, the Honorable Jeff24 Bohm's trust in Countrywide was not necessarily well placed.25 Angelo Mozilo - No way to figure out which counsel represents him, if any.26 Sandor Samuels - No way to figure out which counsel represents him, if any.27 Timothy Mayopoulos, General Counsel, BAC - No way to tell who represents BAC,28 if any. 1 The court denied my request for electronic filing (Docket #42 in Zernik v

3 burdened with substantial costs and waste of time that no other party was burdened4 by. Furthermore, as it turned out, the Pro Se clerk was used to dishonestly deny me5 the right to file papers with the courts in alleged abuse ofmy First Amendment rights.6 As the pro se clerk himselfexplained - such conduct was all per instructions by7 magistrate Carla Woehrle.8 The requirement to appear before he pro se clerk has made any attempt to file9 papers with this court both futile and abusive. And of course - no other party was

10 subjected to such abuse.11 Magistrate Carla Woehrle, in denying the request to file electronically, claimed12 that the rules ofCourt prohibit her from doing so. That is not the case for example, in13 US District Court in Washington DC, and such rule must be deemed unconstitutional14 upon review, if at all adopted in compliance with the Rule Making EnablingAct, 2815 USC 2071-7.16 III

"inartful pleading" (Erickson v Pardus, 2007). In particular, I am not qualified inassessing the validity of legal theories. I ask the court to ignore any irrelevant orerroneous legal theory I claim, and do take into consideration the facts and the claimsthemselves, and if they can support some other valid theory, assign such legal theoryto them, and review them pursuant to such valid legal theory (Haddoc, 1985).

Given the track record of this court, it is necessary to also request another kindof special lenience: That this court stop dishonest conduct against plaintiff, by a judge,by a magistrate, bypro se clerk, and by counsel and parties. Some counsel I haveconsulted in the past claimed that such conduct was only taking place because I wasappearing inpro se. I therefore ask for special lenience as pro se litigant, not to besubjected to such dishonest conduct.

Given the track record of this court, it is particularly necessary to repeat aprevious request to stop dishonest manipulation of docketing (E.g.Docket #60 inZernik v Connor et aT), amounting to abuse ofmy First Amendment rights, and denialofmy right to Access to the Courts and to Equal Protection. Please docket this paperunder the appropriate tag. Please docket it in full. It is also provided as an PDF fileboth by email and on a disc. Therefore, there is no excuse of shortage of staffrequired for scanning.. .Submitted April 6, 2009, La Verne, California,
