awarding P l a i n t i f f ' s post - judgment a t t o rn ey s fees , and paid those11 fee pursuan t to the Co u r t ' s Order .12 As prev ious ly rpor ted , t h i s r ece i v e r sh i p now can t e rmina te13 a f t e r th e f ed e ra l co u r t l i t i ga t i on ends .14 A f i n a n c i a l r ep o r t d e t a i l i n g th e funds co l l ec t ed and th e

expendi tu res o f t h i s r ece i v e r sh i p e s t a t e fo r th e month of16 December, 2008 i s a t t ached as Exhib i t 1. As d e t a i l ed in t h a t17 f i n an c i a l repor t , during December th e r ece i v e r sh i p e s t a t e earned18 i n t e r e s t t o t a l i n g $232.92, disbursed $64,047.86, and on December19 31, 2008, th e Receiver held $399,106.02 in t h i s rece ive rsh ip
