College Student Summer Study Program Application Guidelines:Please Send us the following information as a letter or email: Indicate which Campus Program

and dates you wish to attend (see above schedule).

1.Application fee check for $25 2. First and Last Name 3. Current Address

6. Brief description of yourself and college studies 7. *Recommendation (as a *letter) from a

college instructor with whom you have taken a course with contact information for the instructor

All applications will be processed quickly and participants will be notied of their inclusion in the program shortly after wereceive your application information. Tuition for the full program is $900. When accepted we ask that all participants send a

check or visa payment for $400 to hold your place in the program.
