The Process• Prior to Board Meeting

– Agenda file stand-alone document– All other documents located in separate file– Hyperlink from the agenda

• At Board Meeting– Use multimedia system to project agenda– Update the agenda sheets with any comments and

who made the motion and vote

• Post Board Meeting– Save to CD

– Some use at home– Laptops set up for board meeting

• Jump drives– Others have used CD’s– Secure file transfer from board web site

• Multimedia System in Board Room
