Choose a dealer. The dealer shuffles the cards and deals them out equally to all the players. 2. Each player puts their cards, face down, in a pile in front of them. 3. The player to the left of the dealer goes first and turns over the top card from his or her pile and puts their card, face up, in the middle of all the players. 4. The next player turns over their top card and puts it on top of the new middle pile. 5. All the other players continue in turn to put cards on top of the middle pile. 6. When someone turns over a card that matches the top card on the middle pile, the first person to place their hand over the cards and call ‘Snap!’ wins the whole pile. They take the cards and put them at the bottom of their own pile. He or she starts the next round. 7. Play continues until one player wins all the cards. That player wins the game!

Snap Rules (2 to 6 players)

1. Choose a dealer. The dealer shuffles the cards and deals them out equally to all the players.

2. Each player puts their cards, face down, in a pile in front of them.
