We have 35 inserting Machines that are capable of inserting over 1.2 million packages per day.

Upon receipt, files are converted to NSA format and a confirmation analysis is emailed to the client detailing information such as average balance, total dollars, confirmed accounts, drops, date and time and more.

• TSI & NSA uses IBM as its recovery and “hot site” provider. In the event of disaster, TSI & NSA can be up and running within 18 hours, including all hardware, computers, printing equipment, and software to keep production running.

• Backups are shipped off-site nightly to a data vaulting service. TSI & NSA runs extensive disaster tests yearly to prove that our latest technology can be quickly replicated offsite.

• TSI & NSA has never had to use a disaster recovery site live since implementation.
