-The monthly progress meetings are-convened-at the site. The representatives ofGamworks Agency, Education, the Consultant and the Contractors attended thesemeetings. Minutes of the meetings are-attached to this report.

Weekly site meetingsare ceauened once a week and are attended by our Clerk ofWorks and the Contractor or his representative. At times our Regional Coordinatorwho regularly visits the sites also attend-such-meetings. During these meetings, theprogress of the works is discussed and any other matters which arise during-the

- course of implementation-of the works. Minutes of these meetings are attached foryour perusal.
