TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR IMPLEMENTATION:

This quotation contains (optional) items that may be present or required on site as at the

time of implementation and will or will-not need to be supplied. The statement below forms

the basis for agreement to execute jobs and both parties are advised to hold their end ofthis agreement.

80% of the total payment will be made to Guild upon acceptance of our quotation;

this will enable the start up of the job.

20% of the total payment which is the final payment will be made upon completion

and commissioning of the project. Delay in payment will repeatedly diminish project

execution and job progress.
