Looking after the day to day supply and shipments of furniture and accessories. Editing and creating window displays. Liasing with interior designers and marketing to create a better brand and helping form a unique design style for the company. Arcop Associates (June - July 2011): Internship at one of the largest commerical achitectural firm focused on understanding interior design and architectural decisions made for low cost housing. Additionally, this involved learning the basics of AutoCAD and Abobe Photoshop and Illustrator. DGP Architectural Firm (January - February 2009): Internship analysing day-to-day activities involved in adapting designs to different budget housing. Visited job-sites to gain first-hand insight into implementation and structuring techniques. Adamjee Diesel (December 2007): Internship at one of Pakistan’s pre-eminent energy companies, in order to gain knowledge of business processes. Responsible for organising and categorising files. Helped out with packing shipments and constructing schedules to ensure efficient delivery. Freelance Logo design (2015): Penguin Sports International and Swear Upon Coco Blog AireDesigner (August 2015): Freelance Furniture Designer for a startup company using CAD (solidworks) to create coffee tables and shelves and production upon request. Im-Innovation (February - July 2015): My role was to design logos, help out with illustrations and I assisted in designing the lay out of websites. Dubai Film Festival Volunteer (2006-2008): After two years spent providing administrative assistance and on-site ushering, I was promoted to lead a team of volunteers in my final year.
