Menu Selection Menus and details for your event should be finalized at least six weeks prior to your event date. The menu selections found herein are our most popular items,

to expand the variety, our professional catering and culinary staff will be happy to tailor a menu to your specific tastes and needs prices are based on one selection per banquet meal; multiple choice menus are subject to an additional charge.

Beverage and Bar Service

The hotel offers a complete selection of beverages including non-alcoholic beverages for your event. The hotel does not permit alcohol to be brought onto the premises from outside sources without special permission from the hotel.

The hotel will assess a Wine Corkage Fee of $15.00 per 750ml. bottle brought in for an event; additional corkage fees will be assessed for any other alcoholic beverages; a $100 bartender fee per bar will be added to all bars.

Guarantee

A final confirmation or “guarantee” of your anticipated number of guests must be communicated to your event manager no later than (3) business days prior to your scheduled event, if no guarantee is received, your original estimate or actual number of guests, whichever is greater, will be billed. The hotel will prepare to set and serve 5% above the

guarantee number for events of 100 attendees or less and 2% for events of 100 or more; after the guarantee is given, it is not be subject to a reduction.

Service Charge A twenty-two (22%) percent service charge and current state sales tax will be added to all food, beverage, audio-visual

and room rental charges; service charge is taxable by California state law.

Labor Charge A labor fee may apply in instances where there is excessive clean up or damage to the property. If an event exceeds the agreed upon time,

any overtime wages or other expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the patron. A minimum of (25) people are required for all lunch and dinner buffet meals; a $100.00 labor fee will be charged for less than twenty five (25) attendees.

Electrical Requirements

If additional electrical power is required above 40 amps for entertainment, lighting, décor, etc., power drop charges will be assessed.

Parking Parking facilities are available on premises at a discounted rate for guests attending your scheduled event. You may choose to host this charge or

have your guests pay individually. Valet parking is available at $17.00 per car and self parking at $14.00 per car.

Shipping Packages, boxes and other materials sent to the hotel prior to your arrival should be mailed to arrive no earlier than (2) days prior to your event and addressed to the attention

of your event coordinator and marked with the name of your group and your group arrival date. These items will be logged and stored until you arrive. We are happy to accept up to (5) boxes on a complimentary basis; additional box handling and storage is $5.00 per box and $25.00 per crate.

Cancellation

Requested deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, liquidated damages will apply as contracted.
