You have to think beyond a student to act like an adult so you can make a fair deal ,and sometimes, you are not allow to make any mistakes. You need to be super self-disciplined and manage to prioritize your long long to-do list. You might feel exhausted or in the middle of nowhere during your term. But don’t be frightened out. Words of ME.Hi there, If you’re watching this, I assume you’re a person who are passion about life and always willing to accept new ideas and new stuffs. And if you apply for this function’s positions, then no doubt you must be AMAZING!!!  However I must warn you, though ME function is a new function, but our job didn’t get any less. In contrary, we had limitless job to do or can do. The pressure on us will be heavy as hell, if we did something wrong in the new market and left a bad branding, the ME AIESECer in the future will hates us every year until someone clean up our mess. But if you imagine that we done a pretty good job, they will all remember us and thanks us for what we did. So, are you ready for this huge challenge? Are you ready for creating history? The good news is that I’m a student of SHU, so I can promise you that beside tough work and heavy loading, this function will never forgot to enjoy our AIESEC life and have a lots of fun. you the specific job description of this function. Right now I can only tell you what kinds of job you may do in the future: 1.Collect and analysis MR data. 2.Synergy with regional or even national ME team to come out our plan. 3.Bid the market we want to develop in the future. (require MR reports

and three years plan of the market) 4.Develop the SOP(Standard Operating Procedure) of ME function. 5.Promote oGCDP or oGIP in the market we got bid.
