ANALYSIS OF THERMOGRAM
Thermal Anomaly was detected on Phase 3 incoming cable of 50A contactor. Possible fault is due to poor contact of Phase 3 incoming cable termination of contactor. In addition, we opined that there are heat generated from the contactor.
RECOMMENDATIONS Forward this thermal graphic report to LEW in-charge for necessary corrective measure. Recommended corrective actions are tightening or check for improper cable termination. Verify the type rating of the contactor. For contactor used in switching of capacitor, AC-6 rating shall be used. Carry out infrared thermal scan upon the completion of corrective action.

ANALYSIS OF THERMOGRAM
Thermal Anomaly was detected on both input and output cable termination of the contactor. Possible faults are due to poor internal contact of contactor. we opined that there are heat generated from the contactor internal contacts.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Forward this thermal graphic report to LEW in-charge for necessary corrective measure. Verify the type rating of the contactor. For contactor used in switching of capacitor, AC-6 rating shall be used. Carry out infrared thermal scan upon the completion of corrective action.
