  3. 3. He is Mr. Moinudinkhan pathan. According to me he is a contributer. He is a member of kasba anjuman islam commity.
  4. 4. Who is contributor? Contributor is who the contribute something for society and do work for society. Who work with internal staisfaction and work with deeply engage.
  5. 5. According to me Mr. Moinudinkhan Pathan. After see my interview, you all will also know that how he is a contributor. He has been working since last 40 Yrs for Kasba Anjuman Islam, established in Bhavnagar, he has member thereof this association.
  6. 6. He has dynamic personality. He takes work as a challenge and new establishment. Successful employee has been work hard, honest for work and commitment to his work always. And any challenging work done. Always stand on his commitment. Contributers identity , personality and vision of sucess
  7. 7. He always take challenges as a opportunity to prove them self. He neither count challenge as a hurdle and never give up. Vision of career
  8. 8. According to his, he gave internal satisfaction to his work and job. Neither external satisfaction . He never believe in a reward, certificate and awards He always take rewards, certificate plus point of job and work. He believe in opportunity, he think that we never neglected opportunity as contributor. Scope of contribution
  9. 9. He convince to his Junior as a friend not a Senior, he explain work deeply and systematically and with example in possible easy way. Some time his senior not understand his explains at that time he explain his point of view towards work. After explanation senior are not convince at that time he follow the suggestion his senior. Embarking on the journey to contributership
  10. 10. He is very experience person. He have a attitude I can do it and over come the fear of failure according to his past experience. His short terms vision increase the rate of education in society, In marriage some extra expenditure like band, crackers, Mandap etc. not essential should be bunged. Instead of that he arrange to group marriage in society. Short and long term vision
  11. 11. Also he help some parents who not pay fees for his children and arrange study books from many donor of the society. His long terms vision is stopped violence of religions between other Religion group.
  12. 12. He said our future engineers that all engineer work honestly and dedicate to his work. Do work with internal satisfaction not only external. Message and advice for youth
  13. 13. In 2010 he want to arrange programme of distribution of study book for financial less students and collect the money for these students, he was not supported by his senior that time. He try to conveyance to his seniors, but seniors were not support for this event. After try to convincing he decided that we arrange that programme with help of juniors and programme was successfully completed under his direction, at that time he plays role of successful senior.   14. 14. According to me my contributor has 10 qualities out of 12 qualities.after taking his interview. He has dynamic personality and get solution of problem after deeply work on problem. And make solution after the satisfaction of all. And tell the value of solution.
