the state government recommending collection of surcharges for the

second quarter of 2013-14 under adjustment.

The report suggests that Rs 754 should be collected for the quarter April

to June 2013.

The amount is against the fuel adjustment surcharge for July to

September 2012, according to the APERC recommendations.
