6. Evaluate whether one branch increased its power relative to another. Provide at least 2 examples to support your position.

7. Make explicit references to 3 or more credible sources within your

paper. 8. Create a bibliography using MLA.

implement policies and programs.

2. Research the policy or program

3. State a position evaluating the government collection of revenue and expenditures related to your policy/program. Include a conclusion about how studying this policy/program helps you understand other policies/programs.

4.Write a general overview of the program

5.Analyze how stakeholders have influenced government revenue collection and expenditure for your program/policy. Give at least 2 examples.

6.Explain who pays for and who benefits from the collection of revenue and expenditures. Give an example of who benefits and another example of who pays.

7.Cite sources within the paper and in a bibliography.
