Our rating & descriptionThe property is located on an area of nearly 5000 square meters, right

on the lake shore and it can accommodate up to 1,500 people. It is char-

acterized by a large area covered floor, a bar on the ground floor of an

elegant room used as a wine bar, last it has a fabulous garden dedicated

to banquets, ceremonies and show area for events.

The German industrialist Richard Langensiepen built the Tower at the

beginning of the twentieth century.

It was built in order to observe and to control the all area around that

is why it is located on the shores of the lake, right in front of another

important villa.

In 1925 it was purchased by Gabriele D’Annunzio, who transformed it

from a neo-Gothic German military, to a beautiful venue in a Venetian

style, making it an extension of the Vittoriale, and he changed its name

also.

The transformation was entrusted to the architect Giancarlo Maroni,

former designer of Vittoriale.

AccomodationsThe hotel has 167 bedrooms and Junior Suites with balcony, offering

every comfort with a splendid view of the lake.

There are Junior suite, superior twin bedded rooms, standard twin and

single rooms – all overlooking the lake with their own balconies. Each
