John and Alberta A. Ken-nedy (Donnelly). He was the loving father of Jennifer John, Lisa (Les) Calles, and Laura John; stepfather of Morasa and Sapphir So; brother of Darwin, Ronald, Cecile (Bowman), Cecil Jr., Jackie, and the late Gerald and Kathy Griebe; and eight grandchildren. As a young man, Dale at-tended the Haskell Indian In-stitute in Lawrence, Kansas, and then served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He was a jour-neyman barber for over 40 years working in California, Oregon, Washington and Ne-vada; He also owned a suc-cessful espresso business for many years in Oregon. Dale had a love of reading, travel-ing, watching foreign films, playing Texas Hold’em tourna-ments and, most recently, spe-cializing in making Mata Ortiz pottery. He enjoyed making people laugh with his witty humor and was well known for his friendliness and his love of passing on his knowledge and wisdom to others. All who knew him will miss his laugh-ter and his serene smile.

INEZ JIMERSON(nee Deer)

Funeral Services were held at a family residence for Inez Jimerson, of the Cattarau-gus Indian Reservation, who passed away on October 17, 2012 at the age of 68. She was the beloved wife of Lloyd Jimerson; loving mother of Paula (Stephen) Veneski, Wil-liam (Madonna) Rivera, Mar-ian Rivera and Jackie Jimer-son; grandmother of Connor and Kylea; sister of Chester (Joan) Isaac; predeceased by many brothers and sisters. Inez was a clan mother of the Bear Clan and a member of the Cayuga Nation. Arrange-ments by Wentland Funeral Home, North Collins.
