Job Description : Building a sales team, keeping the them trained and motivated to meet the
sales targets. Putting in place sales processes and systems for meeting the number targets,
.training on the process, tracking sales and improving the process as needed to meet target.Providing all required support to the sales team, in terms of product knowledge, sales process,
customer interactions to help them achieve targets. Maintaining relationships with customers to

trained on the new project process after signup of customer. Managing all the contractual and
commercial issues related to signing on a new customer. Providing MIS reports to management
as and when needed in format required. Be available for the team and for customers 24x7.

database of all existing customers, prospects. Interfacing with Relationship Management to
ensure that feedback. Received from customers is provided to them to drive business. Interfacing
with Marketing to ensure that market segmentation, prospect list, strategies, marketing material,
promotion plans are discussed and support is taken to drive the numbers. Interfacing with Project
Management team to ensure that once sales is closed projects are driven to conclusion to ensure a
satisfied customer.
