Jacaranda sets up each student’s JacarandaPLUS account and uploads all their digital resources, ready for the start of the school year. All student login in details are then sent to your school. Once set up, students can access their eBookPLUS resources anytime, anywhere, on any digital device. Each student’s account is password protected and should only be accessed by them. In mid-January, a ‘Quick-start’ package will be sent to your school with the following information:

• login details for all students • what to do when a student has for-

gotten their password• a list of all resources in each stu-

dent’s JacPLUS bookshelf

• instructions on how to launch JacPLUS for the first time

• links to ‘help’, user guides and how to contact the customer support team.

Set up process

$100 VCE Digtal Bundle benefits

eBookPLUS features interactivities and video eLessons, all specifically created for Australian students. These flexible and engaging ICT activities are available online at the JacarandaPLUS website (www.jacplus.com.au).

Features of eBookPLUS include:

• Individual pathways revision documents (in Word) create opportunities for students to learn at their own pace. Three online activities are provided to revise each chapter — below, at and above the expected level.

• additional open-ended Focus activities for every chapter enable students to demonstrate the understanding they have developed during that section.

*Offline access

eBookPLUS titles include a PDF of the text. The PDF can be downloaded and used offline when students don’t have access to the internet. Digital-first resources (assessON, Knowledge Quest, myWorld Atlas and myWorld History Atlas) do not have offline compo-nents due to their high level of interactivity: they allow students to personalise their resources by recording their progress and results, and authoring their own content.
