Efficient and Transparent JudiciaryAll Courts in the country should be connected with
High speed optical fiber network.They should be connected through Video
conferencing.The people should fight there cases from there
home town. So that the delay should be avoided.People should get info on their hearing dates and
time on their email id and mobile number registered with the court.
Courts statics like number of cases register per day, number of cases resolved , number of pending cases more then 20yrs , 10 yrs, 5 yrs should be made available online for read only for journal public.
District level crime static should be made public.
Digitalized public health Registry All Government, private hospital should be connected with
high speed optical fiber network. Indian citizen should be provided with the health card. All the health check-up and medicine prescribed by the
medical professional should be register in the database for future reference.
The data should be used for research and analysis purpose. Insurance policy can be attached to this operational system. In Government hospitals , doctors attendance and
appointments should be tracked through biometric logins and online tracking systems.
People should be able to take online or over the phone appointments.
Government Doctors attendance, appointments and prescriptions should be monitor by the Governments.
Mobile Interface for PolicingThere should be Mobile Interface/
application for Police department.Social networking should be used
for lost and found.Panic button for distress calling.Online/Call Center for complaint
before they convert into FIR.Update through SMS/email to
track.
Online Application Tracking SystemAll State and Central Government department
should accept application Online apart from manual process.
Citizen should be able upload relevant document.
Citizen should be able to track their application online or through call center and their status lying on various department.
Customer care/call center should facilitate citizen to resolve the issue pertaining to documentation.
Example like registration of motor vehicle, Licensing
Government Public Care CentersState and Central government should open
Public care center in all cities and villages of India.
These Care center should work like call center or customer care center for all state and Central government offices respectively.
Citizen should take help of these center to file application electronically.
They can also get update of their application through these centers.
All necessary services status like birth, death certificate should be able to track through these center.
Digitalize Universities and colleges All the Gov/Pub/Pvt
universities/colleges should be connected through high speed optical fiber network.
Research work should be shared across the universities /colleges.
Promote Plastic MoneyPlastic money can do wonders in
reducing black money from the market. At-least start promoting all government
transactions through plastic money instead of cheque and Cash.
Bring operational efficiency and bring down corruption in government departments through plastic money.
This way the government servant expenses can be tracked easily.
Digitalize Public Distribution SystemAll the public distribution system
machinery should be electronically connected with each other.
Only Genuine people should get the benefit of PDS.
Request to use Aadhar and PAN details to isolate unwanted people.
From procurement to distribution of food items under this scheme should be monitor and control through online tracking.
Data should be made available for public consumption.
Centralized databaseCentral database center for all
the applications should be there.It should be safe and secure.Crisis management and business
continuity plan should be there.
Define best practices and standardIt is important to define Best
Practices and standard for these applications.
ITIL framework can be used.Change management board and
control should be there to authorized changes.
Link should be provided in the portal to suggest changes
