Developing Action StepsKeep in mind to:

how you will accomplish

When setting long term goals:
Ask yourself:- Am I happy and satisfied with my performance?- Do I enjoy what I do?- Could I change something to feel better about my current job?

It is necessary to constantly aquire knowledge and to keep improving skills in
order to have a competitive understanding of the real
world needs.
