the reference period, but who do not live in the household at the interview.

Why collect this information?• SIPP was able to provide this level of detail on

household composition by interviewing every 4 months. Program eligibility, as well as, household relationships and economic status depend on knowing about the living arrangements of our interviewed respondents during the reference period.
