FLEET MANAGEMENT

Quick Insure is a niche market product designed with the Insurer or UMA in mind. This allows them tomanage high risk clients, communicate the over speeding and thereby assist in mitigating their losses on motor vehicle accident claims.

Product monitoring specifications:

The aim is to actively monitor the driver behaviour of an individual and also include tracking &

recovery

The driver’s behaviour is measured real time and at the close of each day, those clients who exceeded

the agreed speed limit, will receive an sms notifying them that they are in contravention of their terms

and conditions. If the client exceeds this limit more than once in a day, they will only receive one sms

for that specific day

The norm is set for in excess of 20km/h of the normal road speed limit, but can be changed to cater for

specific requirements

A detailed set of information on the client/vehicle, longitude/latitude, address, date and time is emailed

through as proof of the sms’s sent out for that specific infringement. Example of reports attached
