• Anxa is a developer and editor of interactive services in the field of Personal Improvement and Knowledge Entertainment.

• Anxa was incorporated on July 6, 2001 in Hong Kong and London. Anxa comprises of 43 regular employees and develops its content under the supervision of 35 professionals and consultants.

• As of May 31, 2004 Anxa products are available in six countries and in use by around 1 million paying users worldwide.

The FoundersThe Founders

Christophe Boutain, Technical Director:30 years-old, he is a graduate of ENSI, gaining a degree in mathematics and technology. In 1996, he co-founded PageFrance, a company dedicated to the recruitment of prospective customers on the Internet. Currently a partner in Anxa, he is a specialist in the management of the XML database which has given rise to Anxaml. He is in charge of developing new applications for Anxa and managing the technical team based in Asia.

Francis Oudart, Financial Director:Francis Oudart, 55, holds a Doctorate in Marketing. His experience as a senior accounting consultant has been brought on as a result of his broad expertise in Asian and European markets. He is in charge of exploring opportunities for company mergers and acquisition deals.

Howard Silverfarb, Consultant:Howard Silverfarb,61,graduate of the University of New York, is a specialist in Human Resources. He led consulting missions at major multinationals for over 25 years. He held senior executive and management positions at Booz, Allen & Hamilton, Alexander Consulting Group, Banque Nationale de Paris as well as Lehman Brothers.

Phil Monteiro da Rocha, Content Director:36 years-old, he is a graduate of the IFP (Sorbonne) and has had a long career as editor-in-chief of various magazines, and as director of radio and television stations in France. He is a specialist in managing and integrating interactive content and has published two works, devoted to Internet marketing strategies, for Campuspress/Pearson in 1999 and 2001.

Fabrice Boutain, CEO:32 years-old, he founded his first company seven years ago. A graduate of the INSEEC, he worked in the raw materials trade in China and Southeast Asia for four years. He discovered the Internet in Hong Kong in 1996, and co-founded his first Internet start-up at the beginning of the following year. It was bought out by the Lycos group in January 2000. Today, as General Manager of Anxa, he is in charge of developing new markets for the company.

2001 February Philippe Monteiro da Rocha, Christophe Boutain and Fabrice Boutain leave the Lycos group,following one year of required "lockup" there, to start a new venture. Lycos had acquired their first company, PageFrance, in February

July The Anxa organization is founded and registered in Hong Kong and London.

2002 January Anxa launches its first value-added service, "Calculate your IQ" in the French market.

June Anxa signs contracts in France with Wanadoo (France Telecom), Microsoft MSN, Yahoo, Tiscali, AOL, T-online, Club-Internet and Lycos.

December Anxa reaches a level of 100,000 paying users.

2003 February Anxa launches its English versions in the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia.

April Anxa launches its Chinese versions (traditional and simplified Chinese) in China and Hong Kong.

July Anxa hits 400,000 paying users on the Internet.

2004 January Anxa launches its Version 4 for Internet users: new marketing tools to increase user confidence and improve conversion ratesAnxa launches its mobile catalogue of services with Orange & Bouygues in Europe & Zingy and Handango in the US.

May Anxa reaches around 1 million paying users worldwideJune Anxa launches its services in India.

In addition to India, it launches its services in 5 new countries (Spain, Germany, Italy, Portugal & Brazil) in 4 new languages (Spanish, German, Italian & Portuguese)

Anxa's development will follow 3 directions:

1. Catalog of Products: Anxa is currently developing and testing new services in order to enlarge its proprietary catalog. Other services provided by content partners will be integrated into our platform and added to the catalog. Projections for the coming years are:

- 100 products at the end of 2003- 400 products at the end of 2004- 600 products at the end of 2005

2. International Versions: Anxa has already launched French, English and Chinese versions. Spanish, Italian and German versions are currently being tested. Projections for the coming years are:

- 5 languages at the end of 2003 (French, British & American English, Simplified & Traditional Chinese)

- 10 languages at the end of 2004 (Spanish, Italian, German, Portuguese and Russian)

- 15 languages at the end of 2005 (Korean, Japanese, Indonesian, Polish and Hindi)

3. Distributors: Anxa is developing partnerships with identified distributors in key-countries. Marketing tours and presentations are scheduled this year in China, India,Spain and Germany. Projections for the coming years are:

- 30 distributors at the end of 2003- 50 distributors at the end of 2004- 100 distributors at the end of 2005
