The MoF says:

Ensure the alignment with the national and local Strategic Plan and the national guidelines for Alumni, in order to improve quality and increase our learning environment and in general all Local Committee activities that enable the accomplishment of our vision.

Basically you just have to build and maintain a relationship….

…With the most important factor in the organization…
