To access migration tools you need to send email to talk2sam@us.ibm.com – you will be given personal access key that will allow you to download the code

Migration tools work with latest LMT or SUA production version (9.0.1.1) => if you are existing LMT/SUA customer, just upgrade to this latest version

For testing migration to ILMT 9 even if you are not yet ILMT 9 user, the tool is free and you can install newest 9.0.1.1 version (details on community)

For testing migration to SUA 9 if you are not yet SUA 9 customer, write an email to talk2sam@us.ibm.com – we will work to grant you a limited Beta license

Windows Platform support – Beta version

Development Team is proud to annouce availability of a Beta version of ILMT & SUA working on Windows OS and MsSQL.

You are welcome to participate in our Beta program to try it!

Windows Platform support – Limitations of Beta version

• Windows version supports MsSSQL 2008+

• Functions of ILMT and SUA 9.x Beta version for Windows is identical with the latest version on Linux/DB2

• No All-In-One installer for Windows. IEM and MsSQL are prerequisites.

• No migration path from SUA 2.x version to SUA 9.x beta version for Windows. In product roadmap for 2015

• Windows Beta version of ILMT/SUA 9.x does not support Windows Authentication to MsSQL server – it will be added soon

• With MsSQL Express Windows Beta version of ILMT/SUA 9.x supports up to 100 agents. This limitation may change after bechmark tests.

You need to have ILMT or SUA Beta fixlet site in your IEM – then the SUA or LMT installer on Windows can be downloaded from this site using a fixlet

For ILMT – you can request new Beta IEM license using a simple HTML form available on the Beta community (link above)
