• Eligible applicants: Contracting authorities as defined in
93/37/EEC
• Geographical eligibility: EU27 + EFTA + EEA + Croatia, Turkey,
FYROM + countries having accession agreement to CIP
• Maximum budget: 3 million €
• Maximum amount by project: 1 million €
• Indicative number of projects: 3 to 4
• Community co-financing rate: 95%
• Duration of the actions: 36 months
