Using the Discussion Board

Students may enter questions or make comments on this discussion board. Instructor and students may respond to questions and comments. This is the primary means of communicating with your

instructor and with other students outside of class. As your instructor, I typically check the discussion

board several times a day, including most weekends. However, students should not hesitate to provide answers to questions.

Don’t worry about “looking smart” – what you put on the board has no effect on your grade. If there is something you do not understand, chances are that others are having a problem too.

This, as most of the courses you will take in the Computer and Information Sciences major, is fast-paced. It is very important that you not get behind.

Please don’t overload yourself with other courses and commitments.

Note that you have a homework assignment due next class.
