Prior to the end of instruction each quarter, students were emailed a link to a Surveymonkeyonline survey.

Problems included having incorrect email addresses, which were pulled directly from the student management system. Each quarter about 10% of the emails sent would bounce back.

Between summer quarter 2009 and spring quarter 2010 there was continuous improvement in student satisfaction scores across multiple measures

Regarding overall satisfaction, students increasingly reported being “completely satisfied” - from 29.5% to 49.4%
