European Higher Education Area – Bologna system since 2006
Three cycle degree structure (BA/BSc, MA/MSc, PhD/DLA);
• First degree programmes (3 to 4 years) lead to Bachelor’s degrees;
• Second degree programmes (1 to 2 years) lead to Master’s degrees;
• Unified, undivided, long-term Master’s degree programmes (5 to 6 years) are offered in some fields of study;
• Based on a Master’s degree or its foreign equivalent, PhD or Doctor of Liberal Arts (DLA) degrees as third cycle degrees can be awarded after 4 years of study.

Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship
• based on bilateral educational cooperation agreements – application to both Tempus Public Foundation and the responsible
authority in the sending country (Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education)
• Scholarships are available for: master and doctoral programmes

– applicants from the Republic of Indonesia are eligible for
• postgraduate and postdoctoral research
