The renewal permit details requirements for the continued post-closure care activities associated with the two, onsite closed surface impoundments. Specifically, post-closure care activities include the continued maintenance and operation of the reme-diation system and the an-nual sampling and analysis of groundwater monitoring wells. In addition, Radiator Specialty is conducting groundwater monitoring and remediation activities for groundwater contami-nated as the result of waste management activi-ties at on-site Solid Waste Management Units (SWMUs). The renewal permit contains require-ments for performing the groundwater monitoring and remediation activities for these SWMUs.All comments received dur-ing the public comment pe-riod or at the hearing will be considered in the deci-sion regarding this renewal permit.
