a. The bidder must be authorised by Voltas. b. The bidder should have credential/experience in similar nature of work executed under

Govt. sectors, PSUs, Govt. undertaking Sectors and Reputed Private Sectors.

c. The bidder should possess Service Tax registration Certificate & valid PAN Card.

The bidder must attach the self attested copy of the following documents (as applicable)

with the quotation; otherwise the bid will be rejected out rightly

i. Authorization from manufacturer.

ii. Proof of Credentials.

iii. CST/VAT/TIN Registration Certificates.

iv. PAN Card.

form of Demand Draft of any nationalized bank and in favour of The Principal, K. B. College,

Bermo, payable at Bank of India, Kathara (Bokaro). Failing which, the tender will be rejected

without consideration. For convenient it should be rounded up in multiple of thousand.

Tender should be submitted on or before 11.02.2017 by 03.00 PM. Bids received after the

scheduled date and time shall not be considered under any circumstances.

The tender will be opened in the Principal Chamber, K. B. College, Bermo on schedule date or

on a prior notice, if extended in any unavoidable circumstances and the tenderers will be

informed accordingly to attend either himself or through their authorized representative at

the opening of the tender. The representative attending the opening of the tender on behalf of

the tenderer should bring with him a letter of authority from the tenderer and a proof of

identification.

A committee constituted by the Principal will evaluate the bids. The evaluation of

the quotation will be done on the basis of fulfilment of eligibility conditions and on the basis

of information furnished and the quoted price.

The Financial Bid of only those bidders will be opened whose Technical bid is

accepted by the Committee. Successful bidder will be informed the acceptance accordingly.

The Principal K. B. College, Bermo does not bind himself to accept the lowest quotation and

reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof. The

decision of the Principal in this regard will be final.

The payment will be made only after delivery of items and its successful installation as per

order and specification. No advance payment will be made at any cost.

All the mandatory documents and each page of the bid must bear signature and seal of the

bidder. The bidder should fill up the price schedule in clear and legible terms, without any

overwriting or use of white fluid.

a. Envelope A :- It must be super scribed as “ENVELOP – A” with seal & signature of

the bidder and contains

i. Demand Draft of EMD.

ii. Technical Bid (FORM – I).

iii Copy of mandatory documents with seal & signature of the bidder.

iv Undertaking page (on the letter head of the bidder).

b. Envelope B :- It Should contain only Financial Bid (FORM – II) and super scribed as

“ENVELOP – B” with seal & signature of the bidder.

The two envelopes should be inserted in a single envelope and duly sealed,

addressed to Principal, K. B. College, Bermo, Bokaro, Jharkhand – 829113 and super scribed

“Ref. No. KBCB/RUSA/018/17, date, 31th Jan-2017”. The cover should also bear the name and

address of the bidder including contact number.

All the bidder should read and understand the terms and conditions of the contract

as detailed out in the foregoing paragraphs before furnishing their quotations, as no change

or violation of the aforesaid terms & conditions are permissible, if once the quotations are

This Voltas vn2-4kva Voltage Stabilizer is equipped with an over voltage protection feature. Any sudden

fluctuation in voltage may result in the damage of electrical components of any appliances. This equips the stabiliser

Output Voltage Correction

The Voltas vn2-4kva Voltage Stabilizer is equipped with an output voltage correction. This feature is very
